I am putting a 4-month pause on new orders starting October 20th and ending March 1st. Products drop shipped (DeatschWerks products and AL MAF housings), catch cans, and AWD fuel pump assemblies will still be available to order during the pause.
VAST Tuning is a one-man shop – I manufacture nearly every product I sell. That means tuning, coding, welding, machining, electrical design, circuit layout and customer management all fall on me. To stay on top of all these tasks I have had to work in excess of 80 hours a week for the majority of the past 14 months. Unfortunately, even with that amount of work, I haven’t been able to stay caught up on new orders and customer support.
My intention has always been to provide the highest quality of work to all my customers, and I haven’t been able to do so. In order to catch up, restore my work-life balance and provide high-quality support to all my customers, I am putting a 4-month pause on new orders starting October 20th and ending March 1st. Products drop shipped (DeatschWerks products and AL MAF housings), catch cans and AWD fuel pump assemblies will still be available to order during the pause.
I did not make this decision lightly. I apologize for both the delays and the inconveniences this pause will cause.
I will still be available to answer questions, and I will continue providing tuning support during this pause.
